Prices

Pricing is dependent on the product, size, and style of jar selected with options starting at $35; the price of the product selected is inclusive of the entire cost of the Experience. 

Our current Pour Your Own-pricing 
Candles: $35-$65 per person. Toppings are available (ask the host for details). 

**Retail candles and merchandise prices are not included in your experience price.

Reservations

Guests are eligible for full refunds for reservation cancellations made 48 hours (two days) in advance of their scheduled reservation. If you do not show up for your class or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled class, no refund will be issued. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. You may return items for exchange by mail. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. If there is a quality issue with your merchandise please give us a call at 910-304-1071.

When can you pick up your Candle

Candles can be picked up during regular business hours. If you want to pick up your candle on the same day you pour your wax, please plan to visit the store at least two (2) hours before we close (candles take 1-2 hours to cure before they are ready for pick-up). There is no rush to pick up your finished candle – we hold onto them for two weeks. After two weeks they will be discarded or given to someone in need of a blessing.

Age Requirements

Workshop Candle Experience participants must be 10 years of age or older with a parent's supervision and waiver signature. All participants 10-18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times - no unaccompanied minors may be left in the store. We may also require children to conduct hand-over-hand wax pouring at cooler temps; this is due to the handling and pouring of hot wax and the mixing of fragrance oils.

Pets

Pets are not allowed. We love pets but fragrances and hot wax are not suitable for pets.
